Two Programs, One Amazing Swiss Summer: Explore Junior and Senior Programs
At LAS Summer in Switzerland, we believe every student deserves a program tailored to their developmental stage. That’s why we’ve designed separate Junior and Senior programs, even though our morning and afternoon offerings are identical. This intentional separation ensures that we can better focus on creating safe, fun, and challenging experiences for all participants.
Age-Appropriate Learning and Activities
What’s exciting for a 9-year-old might not be received with the same enthusiasm by a 15-year-old—and vice versa. By grouping students by age, we can craft experiences that meet their specific developmental needs. Whether it’s fostering imagination in younger children or building independence in older participants, the split ensures every student is engaged and thriving.
Experienced, Specialized Staff
Our staff bring extensive expertise in working with particular age groups. This means they know how to connect with students, foster a sense of safety, and design activities that are both appropriately challenging and enjoyable. For Juniors, this might mean extra guidance and encouragement, while Seniors might enjoy more autonomy and opportunities to lead.
Prioritizing Student Focus
Ultimately, separating programs lets us zero in on what matters most: the students. By understanding the needs of each group, we ensure the environment supports their growth, curiosity, and confidence in a way that feels right for them.
The result? A safe, enriching program where every student feels seen, valued, and ready to take on new challenges—whether they’re in the Junior or Senior group.
